RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOURHOOD BY FORUM GROUP

The complex is located along Schastlivaya Street within the territory of the first phase of construction of the Solnechnyi district. The completion of the building is scheduled for the fouth quarter of 2018.

The complex consists of 13 sections of variable height: from 5 to 12 floors.

The architecture of the neighbourhood divides the space into two parts – an inner cozy area with a comfortable and safe yard and an outer territory with commercial infrastructure objects.

An important feature of the residential neighbourhood is a closed landscaped yard. Parkings are positioned along the outer sides of the building. The perimeter of the neighbourhood is equipped with the video surveillance system which sends the data to a single control station.

The complex has a closed guarded inner yard without cars. Special attention has been paid to landscaping and beautification.

Parking lots are spaced along the outer perimeter of the building. Within walking distance there is a spacious car parking.
