  • 2000

    The Forum Group made its first foray into the design and build market at the turn of the century when it acquired the road-building enterprise, Agropromdorstroy. After overhauling its management team and modernising processes, the Forum Group was responsible for making Agropromdorstroy a leader in Russia’s road-building works. By 2007, Agropromdorstroy managed up to 20% of the Sverdolovsk region’s road-building market.

  • 2002

    The market needs and the high demand for mass housing refocused the company to residential construction. So the NOVA- Stroy company is being created. By 2006, NOVA-Stroy had become one of the top three developers in Ekaterinburg’s real estate market, with the development of more than 350,000 square metres of property to its name.

  • 2004

    New company division “Nova-Group Development” was established. The key direction was development of commercial spaces in a commercial and business district, the concept of which was executed in 2004 by construction of the first stage of development of the “Tikhvin” Club House. The Club House ground floor was occupied by upscale fashion brands, fitness & SPA, haute cuisine restaurants.

  • 2005

    The “Nova-Group” Holding actively deployed massive construction of residential housing. It was decided to operate full cycle construction and development within one holding company. For this purpose, precasting factory “Betfor” was acquired by the Holding. New technologies implemented at “Betfor” allowed housing construction cost reduction. This allowed the Holding to join the National Project “Affordable and Comfortable Housing for Russian Citizents”.

  • 2006

    Sergey Vorobiev joined the Holding management team. By that time, “Nova-Group” became one of the leaders in the construction market of Ekaterinburg. Affiliated companies performed an entire cycle of operations in civil and road construction. Specially designated residential development division was expanding. Construction of the two largest A and B Class business centers was implemented. Those modern high-tech office buildings that reflected the spirit of time in their architecture opened the doors for the new owners, Inter-Regional High Voltage Grid Company and the Urals Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

  • 2008

    In 2008 the mega-acquisition in construction business outside Moscow Region took place, when the “Nova-Group” assets were acquired by LSR Group (St. Petersburg). It was for the first time that the level of expertise of a regional player in construction market allowed structuring a large holding and turned it into an attractive asset for acquisition by a third party and closing a deal by selling a part of the company. Thus, the “Forum-Group” Company was founded.

  • 2009

    Conceptual land development became the root principle in the company market strategy. The main task was not only in project development, but in integrated development of land in customer oriented projects. And for a long time, this idea became a company mission. The same year one more business center, the “Vienna House”, was commissioned.

  • 2010

    Commencement of the Gallery in Radishcheva Street continued development of the commercial and business district. The new street-retail project differs in its image from other spaces in Ekaterinburg. Attention is paid to proper atmosphere, pedestrian areas, landscape design, street and face lighting.

  • 2012

    Opening of the First Shopping Mall with entertainment and leisure infrastructure in Ekaterinburg. This conceptually new shopping and entertainment center was designed for all residents of the city and the region. Unique tenants (O’key, Karo-film, Hoff, Decathlon, Happylon), availability of the open natural park concept, exceptional design of “RADUGA PARK” resulted in recognition of the center as the best regional shopping mall.

  • 2013

    Commencement of construction of the “Solnechny” residential district, the largest development project in Ekaterinburg in the recent years. The new residential district was built in the area of 362 hectars in the South of Ekaterinburg.

  • 2014

    Residential property development became the key direction in strategic development of the company. Active development of residential complex “Mechta”, stages 4 and 5 of the “Tikhvin” Club House development, Residential Complex “Pribrezhny” took place. Preparation for commissioning of comprehensive projects: “Solnechny” and Residential Complex “Olkhovsky Park”.

  • 2015

  • 2016

    The opening ceremony of a new ice arena named DATSYUK ARENA. Construction of the ice palace became possible because of the win of Ekaterinburg team “Neoplan” in the All-Russian Hockey Amateur Festival. Oleg Cherepanov was the General Manager for the team. “Neoplan” win allowed to get the grant in the amount of 100,000,000 rubles for construction of the new sports complex.
    “Datsyuk Arena” would host 600 teenagers in their exercises at the youth athletic center.

     

  • 2017

    Commissioning of the commercial and residential complex “Forum-City”, the lighthouse project for the company. There are no similar projects of this kind either in the Urals or in the European countries.
    Specific feature of this cooperative effort with LEVS, the Dutch Design Bureau, is the harmony of comfortable private spaces with public areas.
    The MARKET would become a real cherry on top of the Project. It would become an accomplishment of the market place similar to Market Hall in Rotterdam or San Miguel in Madrid.
