HISTORY

• 2008

  As of 2008, Nova Group has constructed and delivered over 20 residential properties with a total net selling area in excess of 145,000 sq. m, 30 commercial premises and buildings with a total NSA of approximately 7,000 sq. m, and also a parking lot for 147 vehicles.

  The brand of the group “Nova-Story” became widely known and respected in the region with an aided customer awareness in 2008 of 67%. At that time the group employed more than 4,500 highly professional specialists with various backgrounds.

   
• 2008

  Forum Group was established in Ekaterinburg, the Ural region of Russia, in 2008 by the holding structure of its founder, Mr. Oleg Cerepanov, together with the key top managers, Mr. Sergey Myamin and Mr. Sergei Vorobev.

  Forum Group was formed following completion of the sale of then existing property development business known as Nova Group to LSR Group, at that time one of the major Russian real estate players listed on the Moscow & London stock exchange (https://www.lsrgroup.ru/en/).

  Prior to its sale, Nova Group was one of the leading developers in the Ekaterinburg market occupying 3rd place among all local developers by its delivery volume with a market share of 4.3% according to the report of the city’s Construction Committee for 2007.
• 2010

  From its formation in 2008, Forum Group was rapidly growing into a diversified business venture and over the last 15 years has confirmed its well-recognised and award-winning status of one the leading property developers in the Ural region of Russia with a portfolio of remarkable and successfully completed property development projects.

  In the active phase of its development, Forum Group operated as a full-service and “turnkey” developer, both in residential and commercial segments, capable of offering innovative design solutions, urban concept development, own financial leverage, construction, repair, utilities supply, maintenance and professional property management.
• 2020

  Mr. Oleg Cerepanov was acting as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Forum Group from its formation in 2008 until 2021. From 2008 until 2020, Mr. Sergei Vorobev was the General Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Forum-Group.
  
  Mr. Sergey Myamin was the Deputy General Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Forum Group, since 2023 – head of the company as the General Director.
