Data Processing Agreement
By submitting this application to ZAO Forum-Group (OGRN 1076671035616, INN 6671245923), in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data Protection", I, the undersigned, grant my free and unconditional consent for processing the personal data specified by me, including, but not limited to collection, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking , removal, destruction of personal data, as well as transfer of these data to any third party, for the purpose of adoption by ZAO Forum-Group of a decision on establishing contractual relations with me.
My personal data may be processed in any way at the sole discretion of ZAO Forum-Group.
This consent is valid for an unlimited period of time and can be withdrawn upon a written notification sent to ZAO Forum-Group. After receipt of my written revocation of this consent for processing of my personal data, ZAO Forum-Group will stop processing any and all of such data during the period of time necessary for execution of their obligations by the parties
